By means of electromagnetic loaders plates are put semi-automatically, set-by-set, on the conveyer line and transported to thermal cutting bay.
There plates, one by one, are put on special platforms where they are kept during 24 hours (if the difference between air temperature in the storage area and in the workshop is more than 20 °C) or less, until their temperature is eualized with the temperature in the workshop. Difference between temperatures must not exceed 3 °C, obligatory control is provided - with the help of electronic thermal probe not less than in 5 locations - at edges in the corners and in the centre of the plate or with other means, including automatic means, connected to computer.
During all the processes of flat blanks manufacturing, their transportation is done with all the care and control, by means of electromagnetic loaders, in order to avoid any damages to the blanks' surface.
